We want you to love your Divi products; however, if you are not satisfied with your scalp or hair health results, we offer a 30-day return window for most items. Please ensure products are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your Divi products in their original box, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
